For technical reasons, the Rock Oz’Arènes Shop ships only within Switzerland. There are no exceptions possible
Method of payment
Prepayment: The customer prepays the ordered merchandise on the bank account of the Rock Oz’Arènes Shop. Please state the order number in the “purpose“-case of the payment slip.
Delivery
Shipping is done by post. A packaging and transport fee of CHF 8.- is charged per order.
Terms of delivery
The Rock Oz’Arènes Shop delivers within 24 to 48 hours after reception of the prepayment.
Withdrawal
Ordered goods can be returned within 10 days (postal stamp). Therefore the goods need to be in their original package and unused. For hygienic reasons, underware cannot be returned.
Transport damages and errors
Transport damages have to be reported immediately after reception. Goods delivered by error have to be returned within 10 days.
Cancellation
The Rock Oz’Arènes Shop allows cancellation within 7 working days (postal stamp). In this case, transport costs will not be refunded.
