Because of technical reasons, the Rock Oz’Arènes Shop is delivering only within Switzerland. There are no exceptions possible.
Agreement of the terms of business conduct The customer confirms by this order that he has read and accepted the general terms of business conduct. The terms of business conduct regulate the contractual agreements between the Rock Oz’Arènes Shop and the customer. Both parties declare their agreement with the general terms of business conduct.
Order An order is considered as finalised as soon as the customer hits the „confirm order“ button on the confirmation page. By this confirmation, the customer orders the products chosen from the shop. The shop confirms reception of the order by e-mail to the address provided by the customer when ordering. This e-mail is subject to a contract between the customer and the Rock Oz’Arènes Shop. In no case, the Rock Oz’Arènes Shop is liable for uncorrect customer information, which makes impossible to deliver the order.
By ordering, the customer confirms that he is 18 or older.
Products
The pictures of the products shown in the internet are not subject to the present contract. Depending on the producer and the screen settings, these images may slightly differ from the product.
Prizes
Prizes are shown in Swiss Francs. They include VAT (7.6%) but no transport costs. The charged Prize is shown on the order confirmation. Transport costs are not includedd. Prizes shown on the order confirmation are valid in every case.
Data protections The Rock Oz’Arènes Shop respects the federal law concerning personal data protection. All personal data provided by the customer are handled confidentially and are given in no case to third parties. The customer can change his personal data anytime under “My Account”.
Legal
This contract is subject to Swiss federal law. In no case, the Rock Oz’Arènes Shop can be held responsible for any material damage of the goods ordered by the customer. In case of a lawsuit, the Rock Oz’Arènes shop will choose the court.
Varia All other cases are subject to the Swiss Code of Obligations.
